large yard has perennial gardens, apple trees, and
lots of place to play. A small barn provides storage
for your bikes (we have one you may use), canoe, or kayaks. |

and second floor decks provide outstanding views over the water
to the Camden Hills. The broad expanse of sky displays splendid sunsets
and, with no light pollution at night, a stargazers “heaven”
of constellations, Milky Way and meteor showers. There are deck chairs,
Adirondacks, a BBQ grill and a picnic table for your outdoor living.
In warm weather we open the French doors and the lower deck becomes
an extension of the living room. It’s been a great place for family
gatherings and birthday parties. |

This house is available year round. Central base-board heating (3 zones) plus a great woodstove make this house a fine rental in the fall, winter, and spring as well as summer. Here are glimpses of some of the winter beauty around our home. |
